Costs and Payment Information

One of the first things clients ask is: HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST ME? Quite honestly, that depends. Every single case is different. Obviously, it takes more time and resources to effectively handle a complex felony than it does a traffic ticket. Furthermore, every complex felony is not created equally. For this reason, fees vary depending on the facts and circumstances of each case. When thinking about fees, know that a criminal conviction will cost you for the rest of your life.

Typically, clients are quoted a flat amount for attorneys fees. This amount usually covers court appearances, most document preparation and filings, legal consultations, jail visits, legal research, and basic trials. It does not cover expert witnesses, private investigators, translators, out of state travel, or ancillary services provided by outside vendors. During our initial consultation, we will go over all fees and payment options so that you will know how much it will cost before you do anything.

Criminal law is a complex field. The state has virtually infinite resources to prosecute you. We strive to make sure everyone has access to the best criminal defense available. If the situation allows, we will work with clients and their families to come up with payment plans or other arrangements.

We accept many forms of payment including: personal checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
